By Order dated March 13, 2023, Judge Vasquez of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey appointed Bottini & Bottini sole lead counsel in the Iris Energy shareholder class action lawsuit.

The case is a federal securities class action on behalf of a class consisting of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired: (a) Iris ordinary shares pursuant and/or traceable to the Offering Documents (defined below) issued in connection with the Company’s initial public offering conducted on or about November 17, 2021 (the “IPO” or “Offering”) and/or (b) Iris securities between November 17, 2021 and November 1, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

On June 6, 2023, Plaintiffs filed a First Amended Complaint, a copy of which is contained below.

On August 4, 2023, the Defendants filed a motion to dismiss. The motion is currently being briefed and the Court has not yet set a date for any hearing.
